iCraft database systems are web-enabled and use a number of security features to ensure only those required to use the data have access to it.
iCraft systems use only the browser to deliver data access functionality and are available to the extent that you want them to be, be it standalone, in a LAN environment or on the Internet. The technolgy is the same for all these implementations.
Features
All our systems are natively web-enabled using standard Internet Technology. This means provided you have the connection to the website and database server, you can gain access to the system.
All our systems come with security options which can be 'mixed and matched' for your requirements. Each system features:
Database username verification, where the system security is self-contained within the database.
Domain-based username verification, where authentication takes place against users and groups from a network server or Microsoft Windows domain.
Secure Socket Layer. Using secure sockets, data between client and website is encrypted.
Each system has timeout features forcing a new logon after a set period, but can be configured to continue a session, even if a different user logs on. Alternatively the old session may be discarded and a new session started.

Workflow Management
This is a remote call logging and helpdesk system, and is intended for remote workers recording time and cost details against jobs.
The central office creates the jobs and assigns it to one or more remote staff.
Staff carry out the work and update details of the job with tasks completed and resources used, for the central office to progress to completion.
Shop Front
Shop Front is iCraft's e-commerce software.
This is a module for a website which allows you to insert and update products and images to your e-Shop.
The module will process credit card purchases through SecPay or PayPal clearing agencies.
Contact Management System
A way to manage all your business (and personal) contacts, crated by iCraft.
This system categorises people, addresses, organisations, and other groups in a flexible way for easy mail merging and reporting.
Need to create a Christimas card list from all your contacts? No problem setting up a new group with this system.
The product integrates well with desktop 'office' programs and any other application that provides a facility to use database connectors, which most popular software does.
Think of it as a friendly web-enabled version of Microsoft Outlook.
