• All our systems are natively web-enabled. Currently front-end systems are designed using Microsoft .NET technology.
• No client installations required. If you have the connection to the website and database server, you can gain access to the system.
• All our systems come with security options which can be 'mixed and matched' for your requirements. Each system features:
• Database username verification, where the system security is self-contained within the database.
• Domain-based username verification, where authentication takes place against users and groups from a network server or Microsoft Windows domain.
• Secure Socket Layer. Using secure sockets, data between client and website is encrypted.
• Each system has timeout features forcing a new logon after a set period, but can be configured to continue a session, even if a different user logs on. Alternatively the old session may be discarded and a new session started.

The central office creates the jobs and assigns it to one or more remote staff. Staff carry out the work and update details of the job with tasks completed and resources used, for the central office to progress to completion.
