Planned Technical Support
We will give you a free proposal and quote you for any planned technical support work after we have been able to evaluate the tasks required.
Unplanned Technical Support
iCraft offer support contracts (minimum 6 months duration), where support is provided free during the term of the contract.

Ad hoc support is available to anyone without a support contract and is limited to businesses in the East Midlands of England. Prices are based on time and whether a site visit is required to carry out the support activity.
