Technical Support for PC Hardware and Software


iCraft's Helpline provides first line support to a number of organisations.   This is ideal for questions regarding software operation, virus/spyware infection, email issues and PC/printer/peripheral error resolution. Where possible we will try to resolve problems over the telephone immediately.   More complicated problems can be resolved by returning a call to you once we have evaluated the problem.
